Wow, experience really matters.  Had an issue where hot water was trapped in my cold water faucets, where every time I turned on cold water, I had to drain out the hot water for a few seconds.  Found nothing on the internet about the cause, so I though I needed a new hot water heater.  Called RLB to get a quote on new hot water heater, and spoke to Bob.  Bob was pleasant to talk to and when I described the problem, he diagnosed it right on the phone, that it is probably the diverter in my shower that went bad.  I was still skeptical, but he came out, and fixed the issue and sure enough it solved the problem.  He also did an outstanding job on installing a new hot water heater too.  Other place I called were so pushy about coming out before quoting or diagnosing, but Bob took the time to talk on the phone to answer all my questions.  Price was great too.  Thank you RLB

Bob was an extremely professional and knowledgeable technician. A former physicist and engineer for a defense contractor with the Navy, Bob took care of our gas needs and cook top installation in record time. I mean what would you expect from a guy who has over 40 years of experience? The original install team came in and could not complete the job due to the gas line being too long. Bob took care of everything in less than 2.5 hours. The rates he charged were excellent, in fact I gave him a tip on top of the rate because of who he is and what he does. This is a man who believes your word is your bond, treating others fairly and they will recommend you their friends. Bob earned our loyalty and as long as we are here, he and his company will be our plumbers. Great job Bob, thank you!

Bob of RLB came out and gave use a great price on a beautiful new Toto toilet, replacing the Frankenstein's toilet (mismatched tank & bowl) with rusted tight screws holding it together that has been keeping my bloodpressure high since we bought this house.
